Amendment of some Nepali Acts relating to Foreign Investment Facilitation

There is considerable curiosity surrounding the contents of the recently amended laws concerning Foreign Investment Facilitation in Nepal. The government has not published an English-language version of this despite its direct relevance to foreign investors. In response to this, we have undertaken an unofficial translation of the amended acts, with the intention of facilitating comprehension for foreign investors.
